At Can Electronics, we want your shopping experience to be simple, fast, and worry-free. Below you’ll find details about our delivery process and returns policy.

Delivery

  • We ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by product size/weight and delivery destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Returns are not accepted for:
  • Opened software, headphones/earbuds (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item back.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return
