  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain products, such as opened software, headphones/earbuds, and clearance items, may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
  • Defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or repair under our warranty policy (see below).
